Data Privacy and Security

TrekAi is fully compliant with COPPA and FERPA requirements. All data entered into TrekAi belongs to the school and is never sold, shared, or used to train external AI models. TrekAi does not use customer data to train other systems, and agreements with AI providers explicitly prohibit the use of data for model training. Access to data is restricted to designated teachers and administrators, and TrekAi maintains strict data privacy and security standards.
